Birth Confidence Coaching
A 90 minute coaching call purely focusing on getting you confident for birthing in your power.
Contact will be via zoom and a link will be sent out to you once a date has been agreed between both parties.
You will be sent a homebirth affirmation MP3 track and will have access to the Naked Birth padlet which is an online resource hub full of juicy informative education. You will also be sent a short assessment form prior to our call so that I can come prepared and ready to tailor your session to you!
We will talk through your birth decisions and what you need to feel good about them. There may be a particular point about homebirth or birthing outside of the system that you need some guidance with. We will work through any sticking points and ‘what-ifs’ to help you feel into your intuition instead of feeding into other peoples fears and leave you with a mini plan to work on.
